Cancellation Policy

48 Hour Business Day Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for the best  experience in our spa, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

Providers often are scheduled weeks or months in advance, and they rely on those appointments for their income. By giving at least 48 work hours’ notice of cancelation or to reschedule, you give the provider the opportunity to fill the spot and those on our wait lists to get those appointment times.

 

It’s a courteous and professional practice that helps ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.


By making an appointment you agree to contact Practically Perfect Wellness and Med Spa at least 48 work (business) hours in advance if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment.  I understand that I may be required to pay a $135 cancellation fee if the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled
before those 48 hour timeframe, or pay 100% of the service cost if the appointment is missed.


We send both email reminders and text reminders to help ensure that you make it to your appointments!

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled service. 

Late Arrival:

We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about your service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you.

 

Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

Refund Policy:

At Practically Perfect Wellness & Medspa, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment.

 

Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Practically Perfect, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Practically Perfect Wellness & Medspa.

For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of purchase.

All injectable treatment sales (such as but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

We will be honest in all our interactions with you.  Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
